The Heart Behind Chloe Cares
Chloe Cares was created from a deep passion for community, motherhood, family wellness, and mental health. As a mother navigating the challenges of parenting—especially within the disability community—I know firsthand how isolating and overwhelming it can feel. I have always had a compassionate heart, drawn to those who may feel left out or need a little extra help. My hope is that Chloe Cares can bring a smile, a resource, or a moment of relief to families who need it most.
So often, the answers we seek—especially in the world of disabilities—aren’t easily found in a medical office. Instead, they come from the wisdom, experiences, and unwavering support of other moms. I have spent countless hours researching, connecting, and obsessing over resources not just for my own children, but for other families who deserve access to the same knowledge and support.
In today’s world, where self-focus often overshadows kindness, many people struggling through hardships feel unseen. I believe in bringing light, connection, and hope back into people’s lives, even in small ways. Through Chloe Cares, I hope to share those glimmers—the moments of joy, relief, and understanding—that make the journey just a little easier for families like mine.
